Go to Servis Zone →A suspension cartridge for Dualtron in red. Dualtron does not use conventional springs or air shocks — its suspension comes from rubber segments held in a metal housing. That is exactly what this part is.
Rubber hardens over time, settles and loses its ability to damp. You notice it when the scooter starts to feel harsh, skips over edges and behaves nervously in corners. A new cartridge returns the chassis to how it was.
The colour options differ in rubber stiffness on Dualtron. Which one you need depends on your model, your weight and your riding style — if you are unsure, write to us and we will pick it with you.
