Go to Servis Zone →A replacement motor for the Dualtron Ultra 2. On a scooter the motor sits inside the wheel hub, so you are not replacing the motor alone — you are replacing the whole wheel.
The usual reasons are water ingress, a damaged cable running through the axle, or damaged windings after prolonged overloading on hills. If the motor is merely noisy, it may not be the culprit — talk to us before spending on a new wheel.
