Under the helmet, not over it

The knit is deliberately thin, so your helmet sits exactly as it does without the balaclava. No readjusting the strap, no fighting to get the helmet on. The fabric stretches in every direction, hugs your head and does not shift while you ride.

The face opening holds its shape and does not bunch up over your nose or chin. The rest of the balaclava flows into a collar that tucks under your jacket, so there is no gap left at the neck for the wind to find.

A year-round piece of kit

In winter it holds the warmth in, in spring and autumn it blocks the wind, and in summer it shields your face and neck from sun, dust and insects. It is one of the few things worth leaving in your backpack all year.

The balaclava is CE certified and comes in a resealable pouch, so it has somewhere to live when you are not using it. Folded, it fits in a pocket, in a handlebar bag or under the seat.
