VIPER is our own brand
We are not just a shop selling someone else's goods. VIPER is built to our own specifications and we represent Langfeite for the whole European Union, with its European warehouse standing in Ostrava.

Our own service system, not emails and paperwork
We run every job in our own Servis Zone system. You get an account on your phone and can follow the job from drop-off to completion, including the scooter's full history.

A courier comes to you anywhere in Czechia and Slovakia
We collect the scooter at your home and bring it back once it is repaired. For scooters bought from us, the pick-up and return are free.

A parts database down to the last screw
For the scooters we sell we keep over 670 spare parts in the system, each with a number and a price. When something breaks, we do not guess, we order.

We answer immediately, even at three in the morning
Our assistant E.V.A. is on WhatsApp, on email and here on the website, and handles thousands of enquiries a day. For anything complex, a human takes over straight away.

Whatever the shop lists as in stock really is here physically. We normally hand the order over to the carrier the same day.

Instalments arranged online, with no branch visits
You apply right here on our website and we take care of the rest. Collect the scooter at the showroom, or we will ship it to you.

A service book that lifts the resale price
Every service job goes into the scooter's history. When you sell it, you transfer that history to the new owner and they see exactly what was done.

A perfect scooter for younger riders and adults alike. It is very agile, handles perfectly, great for city riding. It also handles longer distances flawlessly thanks to its large battery. Its biggest advantage, however, is its sturdy construction – this scooter really won't fall apart easily.

I am satisfied with the scooter. Since September, we have covered almost 1400 km, primarily on short routes around the housing estate within 1 km. The scooter is very suitable for everyday use, especially in heavy traffic, where its maneuverability is fantastic. The range in road traffic is around 30 km. The only minor complaint: the rear fender does not fully serve its purpose in the rain.

Today I tried the scooter for the first time on my way to Mošnov and back. I wanted to know if the battery would last me the round trip – it did, I rode about 40 km and had 15% battery left at the end. So far, I'm satisfied; it runs nicely, swiftly, with good handling, no rattling, just pure comfort.
The guys were fair and always helpful when I called – 110% reliability and the scooter runs like a dream, so thank you very much. Hopefully, we'll see each other in a year for servicing and preparation for the next season.
I'm incredibly satisfied.
The woman doesn't ride much, but she's great. We're looking forward to spring and rides along the water.
