Your withdrawal from the purchase contract was sent . We will send confirmation of receipt to the e-mail address you gave without undue delay, including the content of the withdrawal and the date and time it was sent.

Please send or hand over the goods within 14 days to ECO VEHICLE SHOWROOM & SERVIS, Horní 300/77, 700 30 Ostrava-Dubina. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, but no earlier than once we have received the goods or you have proved you sent them.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you take delivery of the goods (for orders delivered in several parts, from the day of the last delivery). You submit your withdrawal online using this form — nothing to print or scan.

Once sent, the withdrawal is deemed to have been submitted. The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

What happens next

Confirmation of receipt — we will e-mail you the content of the withdrawal together with the date and time it was sent.
Returning the goods — send or hand over the goods to our premises within 14 days. The buyer bears the cost of return; for oversized goods we recommend arranging collection by phone.
Refund — within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, but no earlier than once we have received the goods or you have proved you sent them. We also refund the delivery cost, up to the cheapest method we offer.
